A “woke” activist faced an unexpected reality check after physically attacking a supporter of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis at an event in Iowa.
Gov. DeSantis was addressing the crowd at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, alongside Gov. Kim Reynolds.
While DeSantis was delivering his speech, a left-leaning woman initiated a physical assault against a supporter of the Republican presidential candidate who was present in the audience.
As the man attempted to walk away from the situation, the activist pursued him, grabbing him and falsely accusing him of assaulting her.
Unbeknownst to the activist with blue hair, an Iowa state trooper was a witness to the attack and swiftly intervened.
A video capturing the incident shows the woman, sporting a t-shirt that reads “b*tches get stuff done,” throwing punches at an individual.
A member of the Iowa State Patrol intervened to counsel the “woke” protester, seemingly urging her to refrain from engaging in disorderly behavior.
She falsely claimed to be the victim of assault while recording the confrontation on her cell phone.
The police officer then informed the activist that he had observed the incident firsthand and warned her that she might be removed from the event.

Reports suggest that there were other activists who had infiltrated the crowd.
Law enforcement officials moved some of these “woke” protesters to the back of the crowd.
Another video shared by a leader of Students for DeSantis indicated that the event had been picketed by protesters, as mentioned in the caption.
